And it's seriously the hardest exercise I've ever done. My legs burn worse than the first time I ever did squats when I was a noob, plus, by the time I was halfway through my set, my throat and lungs burned from breathing so heavily. And that was a set of 20 reps of walking lunges (so 10 reps per leg). GEEZ. I've never felt like that after a set of squats. Is it just cuz I'm not used to them cuz I've never done them before, or are DB lunges really supposed to be such an ass kicker?
