    so its sunday and last week, i lifted weights mon-sat. whereas one of those days was a pretty lightweight day. should i go today (sun) and cardio or rest?


    i did chest yesterday and i can still feel it.

    Its not bad to take a day or two off each week. The most important part of training aside from eating (and the training) is getting enough rest.
