    My stats:

    Im 180 6'0.

    I have been working out now (skillfully) for about a year. I have bulked and cut, but I mostly just do 'my workout' whenever im at the gym. I am trying to lose say, the last 5lbs of GELLY around my gut. Its killing me. I have gone so far I used to be tubby with no muscle, now i am strong and pretty toned. But the last fat around my gut wont go away. I have willpower, I have changed my diet and upped my intensity. Like is it genetics or something? It wont go away, and its proving to be the most frustrating thing. I have gone so far and man, I just want to lose that last bit of fat!! Help!!!

    oh and for burning fat--try HIIT or just plain running. Longer than 30 minutes preferrably--45+

    45mins of medium to high intensity cardio at least 5 days a week

    Belly fat is usually the first to gain and the last to lose, for males. If your diet and training are spot on, you might just need time. I'd look at the sticky diet if i was you.

    well, when you start you dont know shit.

    and then, after about 6 months you start to understand how it works. Then after about a year you are working out 'skillfully'

    just listen to some jams and watch some baseball or basketball. That's what occupies my time. :dunno:

    Or find a path that's at least 7-8 miles. That should do it skillfully homie

    don't do it skillfully. Your a man, do it with blind rage and aggression. You don't "do cardio" for 20 minutes, you pick a fight with the biggest guy in the gym then beat the shit out him for the better part of an hour. forget about your jelly gut, your a MANIMAL and thats your fuel tank. Use that fuel to impregnate women and rip out hearts. The only time you should be near a treadmill is to rip it in half using only your pecs.

    nah, I decided if I couldn't think of a reason i was approaching her then I shouldn't try to think of one. I see her at teh gym often enough I'm just going to go with the flow. Wait till she approaches me, and if she doesn't approach me then its her loss lol.
