seems like the only lively series is Frontier and Geass. the other shows have a few people following them, but not much interest. I came late to this forum so I'm not sure but is it usually Spring having only a few releases and Fall bringing a rush of them?

anime has gone downhill for the past 2 years. very very few good series worth following.

everything is the same old stupid comedy shit that boring japanese teens watch to entertain their miserable school-day lives.

Soul eater, Bounen no Xamdou, World Destruction, Real Drive, Druaga no To the Aegis of Uruk, and Detroit Metal City are all the ones im following from this season. All of them have kept me highly entertained. Plus Frontier and Geass.

I have ep 1 of World Destruction, but haven't watched it yet. I kind of fell off with Soul Eater, only watched up to episode 3 and then got caught up watching Shana 1 and 2. I have a lot of stuff I haven't watched yet to be prowling around everything that's out now, so I'm occupied ;) I was referring more to where the activity is on this board and a few others.

The first three episodes of soul eater are just character intros, you should definitely pick it back up (it just got really good)

I would hardly call Frontier awesome. I watch it, but it's like a trainwreck I can't look away from.

More people need to watch Kaiba too. It's not the same recycled bullshit thats in 90% of anime.

I need to get World Destruction again, downloaded it but never got around to watching it and then my hard drive crapped out.

Yes. If by renting you mean downloading, by off you mean from, and PSN you mean isohunt.

I gave it a chance but the animation is too awful. That was probably part of the reason I got bored so quickly.
