...I'm going to attempt to eat 10 slices of Pizza Hut Thin Crust Pepperoni Lover's Pizza
4 down so far, just gotta eat em fast before the satiety gland kicks in
i just had ¼ cup of almonds, a bowl of spinach and some skinless chicken
cutting ftl, until i hit 190 im on a permanent bulk, even through summer.
Hey man that is not healthy at all. You should clean bulk, otherwise you'll end up fat.

does this even satisfy you? after eating like a total pig for the past month or so, i see myself dreading the cutting phase. do you go through hunger pains at all?

yes....the only thing that sucks is when Big Daddy's leaves coupons on my door for large pizzas for $4

i can down a medium in 15 minutes. but i'm going to try clean bulking next fall.
large, im weakminded though, i dont think i can do it
