    Ellipticals burn muscles I forgot I had. Man, I stretched out for a bit then jumped on an elliptical for the first time ever. Ow. Cardio at it's finest.

    I do eliptical to keep me in the fat burn zone around 129-131 bpm for around 40 mins. After a 2 sets of squats my shit is around 140 and Im usually back to a resting heart rate in about 10mins.

    Eliptical or treadmill is way pimp for dropping fat.

    ps. I burn around 350 calories over 40 mins.

    Oh, I did much more than the elliptical...the elliptical was just the cardio...seemed to burn a hell of aa lot more than treadmill.

    After I was done with Elliptical I did a full run of exercises in the weight room. I think I'm gonna go upper m w f and lower t th. Today was just to test out the gym.

    3 min warmup + 15 min run on treadmill lands me about 320 calories.... 30 mins on tread hits about 530... woo for treadmill.

    i would switch it up between the eliptical and treadmill, but honestly at 375 (and i think you know i'm not making fun of you as i'm a fatty too) ANYTHING is better than nothing. it is low impact on joints, but it's still a good way to get your HB up and burn fat. If you enjoy it and see results, fuck what anyone else thinks. I personally stick to the treadmill for my cardio, mostly just because i own one.

    This is funny because Pur recommends the elliptical.

    I know Cutler uses it and so do a lot of other BBers...hey I do too!
