I hope the next 10lbs are equally as easy.

As far as eating, I eat 4-5 times a day, as much as I possibly can. I have done this whole "trying to gain weight just by eating" thing for atleast 1 year. I absolutely cannot do it. So anyway, I'm wondering If i should try some supliments along with my current calorie intake. I typically eat a lot of the same thing during the week, I calculated my intake at like 2750 calories a day... IS there some kinda scale I should look at to see what i really "need"?

Start figuring out what you ARE eating now, to give yourself a reference point. Then when your noob gains slow down, you have a starting place from where to up your calories.

there are weight gainers but I'd recommend just doing it through food. but if your schedule doesn't allow it, its better than starving.

DAWT. My cals have dropped atleast a few hundred in the past weeks, the only difference in my diet has been (almost) doubling protein intake. The result?
    194 - 200lbs
