Total gym time: 90min Cardio on bike (80rpm) 20 min Routine in order performed: Flat Bench with DB 60lbs each 3x12 Pec Deck Machine 130lbs 3x10 Incline Bench with DB 50lbs each 3x10 Alternated sets between these: Skull Crushers on flat bench 45lbs 3x10 Lat Pull down Machine 130lbs 3x10 Alternated sets between these: Rope Pull down 90lbs 3x10 Low Row 100lbs 3x10 Alternated sets between these: Seated Curls with 30lbs alternating 3x10 Tricep Extensions 40lbs 3x10 Yeah I wanted to focus on one muscle group but it just felt good to do more and mix it up. For the first time in a while I honestly enjoyed going to the gym. Protein Syntha 6 before and after workout. Trib this morning. (I had it, I should at least use it) Cellmass after workout. (Does this even work? I dunno, I had a tub a friend gave me last month) NOExplode before workout (Same as Cellmass -- Hey, if it's there and was free, why not?) I've made it a point to attempt to eat every 3-4 hours since I got off shift. Honestly my goals: I just wanna look good -- is that too selfish? Strength awesome? Cardio sure, that'd be great.
