Can't wait, fattys gonna get in shape.

Getting trained by a former football player and his wife, apparently they know what they're doing.

How much weight should I expect to drop if I eat right and do boxing 3-4 days a week? I'm sitting at 6' 220 right now.

that depends entirely on your "natural" body shape. we have no idea what body fat % you're at, what you look like. a height and weight are pretty meaningless.

let us know how your training goes.

weight depends entirely on your diet. bodyfat% loss and muscle gain go the same way, but the type of training is also important. I'd lift weights in addition to boxing, that way you minimize muscle loss and might even gain a little.

yeah using BMI is a bad indicator of body fat cause it also varies with bone density and other things, for example islanders score really badly on BMI tests because of their large build, however they are just a really strong people, hence using BMI is a bad indicator.

you need to run on top of the boxing if you really are looking to cut down. You will lose some initial weight, but if you are a fatty that wants to get in shape, plan on running a bit too.

Yeah I'm gonna look at swimming more though, my knees are fucked up. Friend says hitting the bags can get tough if you do it right too.

Alright so I started today, damn that was intense but real fun. Trainer had me starting on basic combos & footwork. Did some speedbag & heavybag work. Probably gonna stay with it.
