I'm selling for 1000 shipped or 900 ftf at local gun shop to him or me for whoever buys it. Guy pms me and wants to know if I will straight up trade it for a Beretta Carbine CX4. You have got to be joking.

well, for me, thats about right.
    consider:
ammo has to be shipped seperatly.
gun will cost ~$30 to ship
    Ammo will cost ~$10-15
both will have to be shipped from the UPS depot, not a UPS dealer or outlet. The depot is 45 mins each way for me.
The buyers FFL may require the gun to come from a dealer. That will cost $25.
And you sure as shit want to pack the gun well. In that case, add about $5 for the packaging, and if you package it really good, it will probably bump shipping up to $50.

Gotta overnight it which can be pretty spendy. Plus he might be shipping it from an FFL which could have a fee. He's probably got it set at $900 to encourage a FTF deal. Much easier than shipping to an FFL.

I was going to mail my Ruger 22/45 back to the facotry and it was going to cost $55 in shipping alone so I decided just to buy the part for $30 and fix it myself.

yeah I've shipped a handgun before plus i'm shipping the ammo. I'm gonna pack it well and insure it for what its worth. I dunno if the person who said I was ripping them off knew but you gotta ship it overnight. I gotta drive 20-30 mins to the ups depot to do it.

Its a good deal ftf still tho at $20 bucks a box for 195 ammo and $30 for the 192 they are getting a good deal either way.
