So I'm really fat in the stomach area.. what should I do to get my stomach leaner?PIC

    Here is what I look like now... I think I look good except for the gut.... as you can see, my gut in particular is really fat and not so much anywhere else. Would situps do the trick?

    As for your gut.

    Eat less, start doing cardio, do some ab workouts.
    It's not rocket science.

    i think your only option is spot reduction. get some of that fat-loss cream at your local "As Seen On TV" store and rub it all over your belly, then just sit back and watch the magic happen.

    what about those things that you hook up electrodes to your abs and it causes them to spasm... i mean those HAVE to work right?

    Spot reduction is a myth. You're going to have to do more cardio than you'll ever want to do and sadly your belly & flanks are the last places to lose fat.

    they also have these wraps you put in just the trouble areas, you dont sweat but just the part under the wrap does, worked for me great
