and it's not as bad as I thought. 50-60 grams of carbs per day, 225 grams of protein, 20-30 grams of fats for a total of about 1500 cals. Do this for 4 days and then carb up on fridays and saturdays. Already looking leaner :bigthumb:

Why do you say that? I was on a carb restricted diet before, but this just brings it down a bit more. I seem fine with it so far. The thing that got me was the circuit training depletion workout. holy shit that was hard!

Never seen a low carb diet with such low fat before. Is this the diet you have to buy?

yeah. 20 bucks. Seems to make alot of sense from a physiological standpoint, so that's why I'm trying it. Usually I just eat normal, and it takes me to where I wanna be, but I'm looking to shred up, and hopefully this will take me there :)
