    Im about 5'11-6' and at 155. Im thin, i need to know whats the best way to work my upper body. Mainly abs but i a muscualr chest and arms. Please help any advice would be great.

    No i just feel like getting some ab definition, i like being skinny but having some muscles would be nice.

    Just basically upper body, mainly abs though. I'd like to target that area.

    I did but will it work?, and do i need a certain diet? I dont know what most of those exercises are.

    I really dont mind if i get flamed because its an internet message board, i dont know these people. I just wanted some answers, i didnt know people acted like fucking kings in here and didnt help people. If its so hard to take time to post and answer dont fucking do it.

    When i said flamed, i ment no one is going to help you, there are more muscle groups then chest, arms, and abs.

    But for best results do:

    200 pushups a day for chest
    100 Barbell curls for arms
    and 200 crunches for abs

    I'm gonna go on a limb and agree with him here. I would offer you help, but you are too ignorant to listen to the advice you were given. You are too lazy to do the research yourself, so what makes me beleive you are going to even listen to the advice that's given to you? They told you to look at the stickies, so start reading and then ask questions.

    i did read and it gave me advice on how to lose weight and bulk. It didnt give advice on just abs or certain areas of my body.
