So im in Dallas...

    on business, and I have no rental car. Within walking distance is a mcdonalds, burger king, starbucks, Chitpotle, chinese food place, KFC, "potbelly sandwiches" and an all you can eat buffet. Oh and a Ballys gym, which I get to use for free.

    I'm left all my supps at home, and this is was supposed to be my last week of cutting. I ate 4500cals, 600ish grams of carbs and 190ish grams of protein yesterday. :wtc:

    At least I upped my cardio to an hour and half a day since I'm here. This sucks. :(

    how long are you there for? it's probably mostly in your head, you can't really do THAT much damage in a few days, other than some bloat that'll come off once you get back to normal.

    You have internet access, look up the nutrition facts for the places you CAN go, and work out a diet while you're there. Not too hard :dunno:

    actually, I did that last night for like 2 hours lol
    I felt like utter shit after eating so much crap so I designed a diet using my availiable food. I'm actually eating at above maintenance while I'm here, mainly because my body needs a break from dieting anyway, but still attemptting to eat clean.
    bought a couple of no carb protein rtds to drink throughout the day, from ballys. This morning, went to a breakfast buffet and just had eggs and bacon, lunch was 2 6 inch flour tortillas, with a bunch of ground beef. and a bit of cheese. no salsa or rice.
    dinner will probably be a salad from mc donalds or chitpotle....

    I'm trying lol


    all I've been thinking about is my food intake and my gymtime. I'm obsessed :hs:

    Yep, that's exactly where I'm at. The radisson right next to Potbellys :wiggle: Leaving tommorrow actually.

    It has'nt been to bad. I've been eating FAR above maintenance, but no supps, no crap, and I've been doing about an hour of cardio each day, broken up into 2 sessions. 30 minutes in the morning, 30 @ night plus my weight training. I feel good, aside from the bloating...
