You guys need to try this. I was only able to get through 3 minutes before collapsing in a heap, and i consider myself to be in pretty good shape. I had already done heavy squatting and had a 1.5 hour tennis practice today so maybe it wasn't the best time to try it, but these were killer

I did the front squat version 2 months ago. Was definately an interesting experience. First time I've really collapsed after a workout. Was sore like a mother for like 4-5 days after.

I used to do the thrusters every so often. If done right, they most definitely kick your ass

I do them but never did it timed like that. So today I did it with 20's. Wow, what a burn. I had a hard time walking for a few hours. But it sucked because today was going to be leg day and I had no idea it would be this bad. So I did this again with a 12lb medicine ball, no problem, it was quite easy actually. I think my body just got used to it. This would be a fun thing to do before bed.

wtf, apparently I do thrusters quite a bit (not with tabat), I always just thought of them as db squat push presses
