You make it sound easy

I had a porsche project but I don't have all my pictures down loaded yet.

I just restored it my self.

As far as the easy part, I used to work at a shop that specialized in Porsche body repair and restoration, and luckily my car has very little rust and no dents whatsoever.

As for tires I bought the Fuzions brand new for less than $300 shipped.

It looks like I'll be selling my wheels in order to step up to some 17x9" front and 17x11" rears. Which is kind of a bummer 'cause I just had the rears custom made. They used to be 16x6" fronts but I had them widened to 16x9.5" :hs:

I have to find them all I took so many I will when I have time later.

    1964 356C

Rebuilt the motor (sent out the heads to be redone)
    New clutch
redid all the brakes (disks all around)
Major body work is being done
    NO sway bars:rofl:
I'm going to upgrade the electrical and fuse box
I sent out the seats to a lady in upstate NY that did a excellent job.
I reconditioned all the heater shroweds sand blasted and repainted in OEM colors.
I went for my first ride in the car after a year into the project.
I need new heater boxes which is my next big step to getting it back into road worthy condition.

That's gonna be a nice ride when it's done. I can't wait to start working on mine for real. Right now I have to finish a buddies 79 Pontiac LeMans wagon:rolleyes: but once that's done I can get down to business.

I'm gathering parts still and need to come up with a new interior because mine is some kind of shitty mustard color and I hate anything except black for interiors.
It'll be minimalist with no stereo, no A/C, race seats, no power windows or locks.
I'll keep my 3.0 for now, but eventually I want to get a 3.6 with carbs:eek3:

That's the way to do it!!! Do you have sway bars?? I'm a long way until I'm done. I really don't have a great deal of time to work on it. I have money but I rather do the work my self. you can do alot with the interior OEM colors for those years were very 70s LOL at least they did not install a shag rug LOL.

I have just the stock sway bars, but I'm looking at the stuff from Elephant racing.
For now the suspension will stay close to stock as there isn't a race track(for now) here for me to make any use of a race type suspension. I don't have alot of money, but I can do all the work myself and I have a great facility to use.:big grin:
