I'm going to take a pic every day for x amount of time, use photoshop to align everything, and then string them all together in a video/gif so you can better see my progress as time passes. I'll probably stop after a month or two and start going once a week so it doesn't take so much effort. A couple years ago I lost a steady ~2 lbs per week over the course of 4 months. Then I did a huge bulking cycle and after I while I stopped working out but kept eating so now I'm fat and want to lose some weight again. I'm motivated and want to do this. :hs:

So, if I had to choose 2-3 poses to do this for, which should I pick? I'm pretty much set on front/back flexed for the sake of easiness, and then perhaps some sort of side/angle shot so you can see my belly shrink. Keep in mind I'll have to repeat this pose at almost exactly the same angle for ~30 days, so angle shots might be tricky.

    Thoughts/comments/ideas?

In bodybuilding, there are eight mandatory poses:

    Quarter Turns
    Front Double Biceps
    Rear Double Biceps
    Front Lat Spread
    Rear Lat Spread
    Side Triceps
    Side Chest
    Front Abdominal & Thigh

You may want to take a look at this progression video. I think it'll give you an idea or two on how to put one of your own together with poses and non-bodybuilding photos to liven it up a bit.

Back/front double bi's are always good.

2 months won't be that great.... I'd try to keep at 7 days a week (or at least every other day) for a year. THAT will be an awesome transformation vid.

I'm not going to search for it (don't remember the name of vid) but there's a video on youtube where a guy takes a pic of himself (same exact pose, same exact angle) every day for 6 years, and he flashes them by at like .3 seconds a piece but there's so many of them that it takes 7 or so minutes to watch anyway... pretty amazing shit.

I'm pretty sure that's what the threadstarter has in mind.

Good thinking. :coold: It'd be a pain in the ass to get my shoulder blades in the same position because I don't know how to pose either. :hs:

The only thing you need to know how to use is free transform to resize/rotate and then transparencies to lign it all up perfectly. I'm going to start taking the pics today.
