So I'm far from perfect.

    And i ended up drinking around 10 drinks last night, and a beer this afternoon at work.

    What i'm wondering, is how does F&N recover from said bindge evenings? do you take the next day off? do a 1/2 hour of cardio to even out the shitty carbs you had? or just hop back on the same track like nothing happend.

    According to schedule, last night was back night. So i moved it to today and arms tomorrow.... then start right back up on Monday on the same schedule.

    Should i not worry about it? And i plan on taking it easy tomorrow since i was careless yesterday. :hsd:


    Edit: this isn't the only reason i'm not perfect. There's a fuck-ton, i just feel like pointing this one out for the moment.

    I don't drink much, maybe once a month. Just sleep it off, drink lots of water, go for a run sweat it out.

    it depends on the person i guess how they feel
    when i get fucked up i have trouble working out cuz im shaky and weak
    my friend can drink and go to the gym next day without a problem

    Depends how I feel, I usually just stay away from stuff like that or take the next day off.

    I don't do cardio the next day... and I feel like it effects my lifting (negatively, of course) if I take my last drink within 16 hours of lifting or so (although actually (if it was a heavy drinking time... I could drink a single beer and go lift an hour later and be fine).

    I really don't drink a whole lot, and when I do I refrain from getting trashed usually.

    In any event, seems the best thing to do is chill the next day, eat well the next day, keep hydrated, and do a cardio session. Then the day after that, hit the gym hard.

    I work at a advertising agency. All of thursday night was paid for by work. and we have a fridge full of beer at work as well. we also have a "secret" file cabinet full of fucking candy, cheetos, and the like. :squint: it does NOT help my dieting. at all.

    and their's an agency in the building next to us who has a new beer on tap every month. lol. crazy ass industry.

    i just dont work out till late the next night, my gym is open till 1130

    or just plan so that the day after is a rest day

    usually hit the booze on fri or sat and i dont really do anything the next day, just drin ka lot of water. if feeling guilty il go for a run lol
