tastes 11ty better than spring water tuna
but bagged is still better ...
sprinkle on some garlic salt if you want
I eat the tuna in sunflower oil.
I tried tuna in oil once and almost yakked.
Same. Straight from the pouch.
the roasted garlic is fucking delicous, but a little higher in cals.
must look into this, wonder if you can throw it in a pan for 30 secs or so and have some fried tuna
19g of fat...that's a lot
but yes its fuckin delicous!
cals are really fucking high also, 420 i think for a single can
