So I'm dropping cp for a while

    It was a mistake to advance onto it so quickly, I'm going to go back to something like christophers routine.

    Hey man, I think I remember when you were starting this CP stuff I told you that it sucked for me, as a noob. Now you see what I mean. I made gains but very mediocre ones. Anyways, welcome to my world

    I saw a lot of gains, but I need more mass. I am not experienced enough for cp, as I don't really know my body at all.

    ok thats what I love to hear, I love the 4 day template.

    So what adjustments would you make mate?

    this has worked pretty well for my squat and deadlift. My bench is another story entirely though...

    i know you are big on the stfu and bust ass philosophy, but wouldnt two days a week going heavy kind of fry the cns?

    doing 5rm's isnt going to stress the cns that much.


    and you're right, my bench is the only thing sucking with cp.

    dude fuck it, just keep working through it, I think i am starting to see some progress since i have incorperated the rep days and such.

    so ceaze got any recomendations for other ME exercises? I need somethign new wednesday, should i use floor presses?
