So i'm doing my first Legs workout ever today...

    In the past i just haven't felt that it was necessary because i do a lot of HIIT on the stat. bike and running, but i've decided to add it.

    I need help in my routine though. I'll do squats first: warmup set, then pyramid up for ~5 sets. good plan?
    Legpress and calf raises on the machines. What else should i do? lunges?

    i don't know enough about leg workouts :wtc:

    leg workout

    squats 5x5
    lunges 3x8
    ghr or sldl or good mornings 3x12
    calves 3x12 seated calf raises

    i do deadlifts on my shoulders/back day. but i'll do good mornings. thanks

    :rofl: i remember this thread..i created it about two weeks ago.

    if i were you id search for my thread...all these guys gave me really great advice with links to the excercises and such ;)
