So I'm crash dieting for a couple weeks

    Just got back from trader joes. :noes:

    My daily plan goes something like this

    1 lb of grilled chicken
    as much spinach/egg whites as I can tolerate
    1-2 bananas for digestion
    fill in the rest w/muscle milk

    Been a lazy ass for the last couple weeks. Feel like I need to kick it into high gear, drop some water, and get some quick results so I feel better.

    Any tips?

    crash dieting is pointless; only thing you're going to crash is your metabolism.

    just go on a completely clean diet with good calorie numbers and macros.

    moderation > extremes.
