I keep a log, it helps me keep the routines mixed up and it's good to know where I am making progress and where I need work.

yep it's all due to that notebook too. can't be because you're actually eating or on a decent routine.

Yes I am eating and I hope im on a decent routine, i kinda made it up myself, lol.

What i was saying is these guys go to the gym just as much as I do and give me all these :hsugh: looks all the time but im the one getting the results... Just showing that most people aren't dedicated at all, and think they're doing themselves a favour by going to the gym

do you talk to them about all their lifts and their improvement? probably not, so how do you know those guys are not getting results?

    waste of time

i cant believe you intently study every lift they execute and mentally record their results each week for all those guys that give you the :hsugh: look. amazing

I don't intently study everything they do, its not hard to remember what they're doing when they're right beside you almost every workout, i dont stare at the ground/ceiling inbtween sets

if you write itn down beforehand the chances of you actually doing it are much greater
