I'm 16 and want to get in shape. Right now I'm about 6' 200 and maybe 20-25% BF. My goal is to be muscular but not all that big, maybe 180lbs with low BF. I guess my question is what should I look for in a gym and wtf should I do once I get there, along with how I should change my eating habits and if I should get on any kind of supplements.

well...the first thing you should do is read.

    more good stuff:

now you might think: oh my...that's a shitload of stuff to read!

believe me though, it's well worth it. nothing is worse than going to the gym for a few months and then realizing that you've wasted all your time and energy doing the wrong exercises and eating the wrong food...

and while you're at it: take a pic and upload it. that will make it easier for us to tell what you need to work on :)

    let's roll! :bigthumb:

I've read the first two, and is there anything specific I should look at in the third? I don't have a cam, but basically all my fat is in my torso. Arms and legs are pretty average sized.

As far as a routine goes I know I want to do squats, deads, curls, bench but beyond that I don't know what I should do to work the rest of my body and how I should split it up so I don't end up hurting myself.
