so im 135 lbs deadlift 315 lbs

    is this normal especially my first time? i didnt even know what deadlift was until i took weight training at school. My gym professor told me to go and deadlift as much as I can while he was watching to see our max for squat/bench/deadlift. I had no idea what deadlift was so I just copied what other did. And soon enough I max out on 315. Is this normal? Im pretty weak bench 200, squat 135, and dealift 315 :noes:

    Squatting 135 and deadlifting 315... interesting, i guess its possible. But i doubt your form is anything close to good.

    5'6 my form was ok from what other student told me. Can't believe this was possible I did attempt 335 after 315 but failed half way on the lift. Someone enlighten me I did use the reverse grip if thats the correct term. Possible for 350 next time? next attempt tuesday. :eek3d:

    You can not deadlift 315 if you can only squat 135

    thats what im saying. but i did 3 45's on each side plus 45 on the bar total 315. Someone enlighten me again. I don't even believe it myself. Professor recorded my max and student are my witness. :dunno: what are the muscle used for deadlift anyways.

    probably. whoever stickyfinger is. I'll ask my instructor on tuesday to max me again and watch my form. It probably is like stickfinger :mamoru:

    post a vid of you lifting 315 because its hard to believe this claim

    no seriously guys. I do bench 200, squat 135. leg workout is not favorite. I do alot of upper body work out. You guys know what I mean shoulder and stuff girl love shoulders :naughty: and like i said i don't even believe it myself I like to post some videos anyone care to lend me a digital? so tommorow i'm hitting the weight training class tommorow and attempt that deadlift again. So ill let you guys know! and sorry guys I dont have a digital to film. just take my word or not :mamoru:
