someone mentioned i might be lowering the bar too slow?

it's soreness @ the pelvic region of the abs. no bulge, i've been to doc before with this and he says no hernia.

i think i have one, too :hs:

small hernia..doesnt seem serious enough to see a doctor about though since the pain is very infrequent

i think falling off a bar table and breaking your leg would be a bigger mistake then a lower ab tear...

well the weird thing is, the first time i felt it was @ 2001-2002. It comes back on the same side, lower left pelvic region, but only if i go real heavy (for me) and not ALWAYS if i go heavy.

it's annoying more than anything else, not super painful.

can you describe what you felt? was it tender to the touch? mine's not tender to the touch, it's more of an deep internal annoying feeling.

doc said could be my psoas(spelling probably way off, dont remember exactl what she said) muscle, way internal one.

yeah thats pretty much exactly what it is with me

the ART lady said that i tore my abdominal wall and when it healed back bound up really badly with the psoas and what not. shes mostly been working the psoas it kinda sucks since my leg is broke i cant really stretch it out that well but its really tight right now. pain can go from that area in the hip all the way to the belly button almost. and sometimes lower back hurts too. ive had it for a whole fucking year now and want to die
