So if I go to sleep right after lifting, which pwo shake?

    I don't get to work out until late at nite and I go to bed right after working out. I've been taking ON pre w/o and taking MM post w/o.

    I was thinking of replacing MM with Syntha-6

    good or bad?

    Increase the calories and include a decent ammount of fats to keep you fed through the night.

    i usually have a PB sandwhich and a post shake

    so should i stay with Muscle Milk or should i try Syntha-6?

    They both have protein carbs and fat....so it really doesnt matter much. Muscle milk might be a little higher in cals.

    I thought mm was casein protein..no? If it is keep the mm because you need your body to digest the protein slowly when you sleep
    but my question is how can you sleep right after you workout?? speacially on like leg days

    I dont care what kind of protein, food i eat before bed. Just eat something that has protein in it and suffices whatever calories you may want

    packa shake with you to the gym and slam it after your workout. eat something 45 min later...

    if you truely can not do both just eat real food.
