    that the knees cant go over the toes during squatting, and i keep telling them thats an old gym myth

    i wish they realized that "good form" depends on goals...anyway got any studies i can ram in their face?

    yeah i tried it, its like a stance i see some powerlifters use. its much harder than a medium stance for me because i believe it minimizes quad usage

    i guess i just want to know the difference between a med/narrow stance and a wide as shit stance. the narrow is easier for me at this time, probably because i have not built up the muscles needed for a wide stance squat (hams, glutes, hip flexors?)

    not aligned, they mean the knee should not break the vertical plane of the toe
