edit: I was doing single arm snatches With a 45 pound plate. And this guy comes up to me and says. "I understand doing the whole multi joint excersizes thing, but that was the most dangerous thing I've ever seen. I was standing behind you and I was afraid for my life." I was like "oh, well I've never had a problem with that excersize" and hes like "well, would you mind doing it in the corner where you won't risk dropping the plate on anyone?" I was getting really steamed now. So I'm like "I gotcha, no problem" And I did my fucking snatches in the corner. But as I did, I was thinking, why the fuck should I listen to that guy? SoI went and I ran for for about 15 minutes on the track, and when I came back out, I went back to my usual spot and did my snatches again just to show him. He wasn't around though, he went downstairs to get a shake by then. I was this close >.< to going downstairs and snatching the plate into his teeth, but then decided against it.
