so I would doing single arm snatches

    edit: I was doing single arm snatches

    With a 45 pound plate.

    And this guy comes up to me and says.

    "I understand doing the whole multi joint excersizes thing, but that was the most dangerous thing I've ever seen. I was standing behind you and I was afraid for my life."

    I was like "oh, well I've never had a problem with that excersize"

    and hes like "well, would you mind doing it in the corner where you won't risk dropping the plate on anyone?"

    I was getting really steamed now. So I'm like

    "I gotcha, no problem"

    And I did my fucking snatches in the corner. But as I did, I was thinking, why the fuck should I listen to that guy? SoI went and I ran for for about 15 minutes on the track, and when I came back out, I went back to my usual spot and did my snatches again just to show him. He wasn't around though, he went downstairs to get a shake by then. I was this close >.< to going downstairs and snatching the plate into his teeth, but then decided against it.

    I don't know...could go either way. If the guy came up behind him after he was already doing snatches then he was a dumbass.

    If the other guy was there first and he started doing snatches right in front of someone else than yeah, poster is the dumbass.

    BTW - how does one do snatches with a plate? I do one arms with a dumbbell.

    Biggest plates they got in the gym. I gotta curl the whole thing all the way around on the way up, I doubt I could do more than 55 pounds like that atm.

    I walk around normally. Thats the only "unconventional" lift I do.

    Actually yeah, I do kinda think I'm getting more out of my time than the guys who curl and bench all day.

    i like to puff up before i walk around the gym, and i try to plan my routes so im always in front of the mirror so i can check out my massive guns. Also, to conclude every workout, i rip my shirt hulk hogan style and flex.

    needless to say, i buy a lot of shirts.
