I went on fitday today, filled out my stuff to get a look at my cals and ratios... I'm 6'2, 195lbs, currently finishing a cutting cycle, wanting to continue leaning out but slow down the weight loss (12lbs in 6 weeks). I thought my cals were good @ around 2k a day, but I looked at the little thing that says my calories burned through Basal, Lifestyle and Activities, and with only 1 hr of walking today (no training today) it had me at 3500 cals maintenance. Is that correct? It seems very high, but when I think about it the weight has been flying off sticking to 2000cals/ day, including some muscle I think, strength is down... I sit around a lot during the day but I usually walk about 1 hr per day, lift 4x a week, thats all my activity. Second, how are my macro ratios? I think they look decent.
