I hadn't turned on the water yet, so I was able to see my semen when it hit the floor. I noticed that there was a small amount of blood that came out with the ejaculation-- it was mixed in with the drops of semen on the shower floor. I don't seem to have the same problem with urniation ... I checked my piss in the toilet earlier and didn't see any blood. (I do however realize that hematuria can be invisible.)

So I'm wondering if I should go see my doc right away, or if I should wait a while. Has this happened to anyone else?

I'd see a doctor, that doesn't sound very good.

I think I've heard on loveline and stuff that if this happens more than once, it's best to see a doctor.

Research online, just do a quick search... And definitely set up a doc appointment, that could be something that causes serious damage in the future.

    Another reality apparently
Just once? I wouldnt worry much at all. Maybe look up online what the possibilities could be, but really with it happening once it isnt much to worry about. If it repeats itself, then I would call your doc and see if he wants you to come in. It is probably nothing at all though...

See a doctor, and check out some medical sites while you're waiting.

I kinda agree...once is not something to be worried about....it can be from a large variety of things all the way up in your body...but at the same time, I would NOT take it lightly....and even though (if it has only happened once) I would not worry about it much, I would still consider contacting a doctor.
