I kind of get sick and tired of pounding watered down protein drinks so I was looking for something different to use as a snack. I'm sure the broly's figured out this trick long ago or think its stupid, but I'd figure I'd share.

    Recipe:
1 Jello Chocolate Fudge "Sugar Free" Pudding
2 scoops, 46g EAS 100% Chocolate Whey (this stuff mixes incredibly well)
2 1/4 cups Skim milk (i threw an extra 1/4 cup in for all the extra powder and stuff I put in)
    10-12g creatine - why not?

1 $15 Oster Hand mixer. I pour the results into some old teacups, and I have a nice protein snack. I typically do 3 servings, but this last batch when I threw a little more milk in, I had 4 pretty large servings. More milk tends to make it less thick.

Overall, the entire batch is as follows:
    585 Calories
    5.5 g fat, 2.9 saturated (this figures might be a g high)
    65g carbohydrates, (30g sugars)
    66g protein (46g whey, 20g milk)

too much work bro. i'm lazy enough as it is. I'll just stick to my milk + whey combo.
