    So i was in the bathroom today... (man pics)

    and i realized im wearing the same thing i was on the day 6 years, ago right before i started working out, when i decided to take some before pics.

    So i took some after pics today.

    I am not in the largest stage ive been in, but i think i've reached the exact shape i want to be in.

    oh. and F&N was the cornerstone.

    I'm guessing that you hit your goal much sooner than 6 years and decided to finally take a before/after pic just now.

    i stated around 160s i think. got to about 190. now im at low 170s.

    5'10"

    I started at 150's (at 5'10) and got to 185 after 8 years and now mid 170's.

    btw ive been doing clap pullups like i saw in one of your videos. fun stuff. any more cool excersizes you can recommend?

    ahhh. good idea. except that I dont even have a popper pull up bar. I use whatever attachment they decide to throw onto the gym machines. I have to go to a seperate gym whenever i decide to do the clap pullups. Ill try those there.

    yea. i started focusing more on alternative workouts other than heavy lifting. lots of soccer, running, crossfit, and getting into boxing now. I still go heavy when i dont hurt myself. Got up to 225lb cleans until i hurt my shoulder last month.
