    Got two weeks into running and was feeling great and feeling like i was making good progress (been lifting 7 months steady decided to add some cardio to reduce some fat) well, I get to do nothing but the cycles now because my hips knees and the entire lower half of my legs (shins from front to the calf) feel like they are just going to disappear if I continue. Weighed in at 236 this morning at 6'2".....bah, the joys of trying to get lower body fat ratios




    EDIT: cant just run lower distances or slower, walking even hurts right now haha

    Do low-impact cardio, such as an elliptical machine.
