Going through my training class... when this douchebag who needs more practice walks in and tried to shoot my glock instead of his ugly USP Tatical:

    http://users4.ev1.net/~marneynb/pics/ot/range/5.avi

Apparently his friend was playing with an uzi or something, and he had a can for it, that got REALLY FUCKING HOT after just a few shots... Shit... WTF! I want a full auto G36C... Oh and he also didn't know what a safety does :mamoru:

    http://users4.ev1.net/~marneynb/pics/ot/range/3.avi

    http://users4.ev1.net/~marneynb/pics/ot/range/4.avi

Then I showed them both what a high rate of fire (and accuracy) should look like:

All in all I put about 500 rounds down range today and I think tommorow's estimated count is about 600... I'll report all about the class tommorow or monday. :wavey::wavey:

Being able to shoot fast is all cool...but you need to be hitting the vitals, not the gut :hsugh:

A friend of mine told me it was easier with a pistol that is top heavy, due to there being less flip.

I'm curious though, I need to work on some basics some more but would like to be able to get faster as well.

All polymer pistols are top heavy, nature of the design. The trick to less flip is low bore axis and proper grip and stance. Flip shouldn't be as big of an issue as it is.

Dawt. Proper grip and stance go a LONG way when it comes to speed COMBINED with accuracy. Any one who played nintendo can jerk a trigger fast, but you HAVE to make sure you've got a good sight picture first if you want anything resembling accuracy.

The "trick" to being fast is being smooth. Fast is slow and smooth is fast. Work on being smooth at slow speeds and the speed will build up the smoother you can be...

Being smooth is key to driving fast as well.

But your video host is neither smooth nor fast LOL

Nikon you one skinny mo fo if thats really you in the HD shirt in video 1.

Im still waiting for the other videos...... I'll report back in about 2 days I think. Thats a nice indoor range too... well compared to the ones I've been too I guess.
