And it was back night, and I was doing Deads fo reps... got to 315 for 8, and decided to go for a 1rm... I thought I would get 405 for a shitty one, but I got it for 2. Is this an OK number? ive never been much on 1rm, what do I have to do to get my 1rm dead up? can I do whatever it takes along with my current bbing routine? Im going to go for a squat 1RM, last leg day I was going for a full 10 reps with 315... Im expecting to get 405 or so.
