So... I was at the gym last night...

    And it was back night, and I was doing Deads fo reps...
    got to 315 for 8, and decided to go for a 1rm... I thought I would get 405 for a shitty one, but I got it for 2. Is this an OK number? ive never been much on 1rm, what do I have to do to get my 1rm dead up? can I do whatever it takes along with my current bbing routine?
    Im going to go for a squat 1RM, last leg day I was going for a full 10 reps with 315... Im expecting to get 405 or so.

    Try good mornings, pull throughs, glute ham raises, reverse hypers etc. Those will definetely help your 1RM if you aren't currently doing those
