You look about like the boat I was in a couple of years ago.

Start doing some cardio and clean up your diet.

Thats how i lost weight at first but when I got her i gained it back plus more.:wtc:

  21. well what else can be my motivation? im already good at sports and faster, stronger, and tougher then most people.

And its not an issue of motivation. it takes me like 20-30 minutes to work out a day.

your motivation for working out isn't going to be swayed by me telling you what your movitation should be. everyone is different. a lot of people that are motivated by girls quit. sure, most of us hope that it will help, but it's far from my main motivation.

The fact that you're fat. I don't care that you played football, big deal. If you're done with football, there's no need for you to look like a fridge.

The fact that you'll feel better about yourself.

The fact that excercising will help you lose stress.

    I could go on..but

    Eat less, lift more.

Like I said you dont have the motivation to lose any weight.

  25. how do i not have no motivation? Like im telling u i do. I wouldnt be working out and looking for advice if i didnt have motivation

its not a matter of if i do this its a matter of how long it will take
