I lifted a Sun 450 (huge washing machine server) with 2 other guys last Friday and ended up hurting my back. I came into the gym on Monday to work legs and, when I started squating, I knew my back needed more time to heal. So, first week off since February or so :hsd: Feels weird to say the least...I feel like I'm slacking but I know I need to heal.

Nothing wrong with taking a week off every so often, since february would be 3 months so no big deal. Good luck on the back healing, back injuries can be a bitch.

Were do you lift in ATL? (I'm looking for a new gym)

I work out here - www.concourseclub.com - only because my company pays for it.
