So I think im ready to start my cycle of SD

    yes I know. I'm going to the darkside. :noes:

    How does this look, any recommendations?

    I've begun preloading with milk thistle, 1g/day

    Week 1: 10mg SD, 1g Milk thistle
    Week 2: 20mg SD, 1g MT
    Week 3: 20mg SD, 1g MT
    Week 4: 40mg Nolva, 75mg Rebound XT, 1g MT
    Week 5: 40mg Nolva, 75mg R-XT, 1g MT
    Week 6: 20mg Nolva, 50mg R-XT, 1g MT
    Week 7: 10mg Nolva, 25mg R-XT, 1g MT

    I might pick up some DHEA and saw palmetto

    And I'll be doing CEE throughout.

    I havent been sitting in the same spot, I've gained plenty of strength and some size. And my diet is pretty good. I average about 3500 calories a day, 200+ gram of protein. I've been bulking since the beginning of last semester and Ive plateaud around 160. I've tried switching up my routine, eating more etc. But this is something I want to try atleast once.

    The pic that says august is probably several months before that but I was still somewhat around that size then.

    I havent been at 160 for 4 years, i actually started at about 130, but its been slow going and at one point due to school and sickness i lost a lot of weight, so its been up and down

    and i never said i was at my genetic peak

    i just want to break this plateau and move on more quickly then i have been

    First, put on 40 more lbs. Then when you are done with that, if you still want to use SD:

    Cut out your ATD, get Pro Liver, stretch out PCT for another week, forget the DHEA, and use your CEE during PCT.

    I'll chime in on it.. I personally would've loved SD, but the sides were harsh. I was very lethargic, insomonia was horrible, sex drive was shut down, and my lipids were probably pretty fucked too

    overall I had great gains, strength and weight

    This was at 30mg

    The delayed gyno stories have me hesitant to try it out when the time comes around.:noes:
