Now before the hate comes allow me to state my reasons. I went and looked at it today at my local shop and really liked it overall. I looked at other .22s and they seem to be a lot more and i don't wanna spend that much on a .22 AR. The ammo is 1/10th of the price and anything i get for this will make its way to my next "real" AR when i get it. So why not?

Cliffs: I want a M&P15-22. Deal with it

On a more important note, I finally got my Mosin all back together and operational.

IT'S NOT GOING TO HAVE TO BE A LAMP JUST YET!!!

Meh, normally I'd agree, but he's never going to lose money on a dedicated .22 AR. I sold my GSG-5 for almost exactly what I bought it for - I maybe lost 10 or 20 bucks on the sale.

The M&P .22s have been getting great reviews... do eeet. If I didn't already have a semi-auto .22LR rifle that I never shoot one of these would be next on my list.

A friend of mine has an M&P15-22. That thing is great. Shoots everything except for Remington Golden Bullets (but that's understandable since they are shit anyway). For $400 it's hard to pass up one of these.

I have an AR that I built as a dedicated .22 from spare parts and a CMMG conversion. I'm actually thinking about throwing a regular bolt in it and selling it, then buying an M&P15-22 and pocketing the cash difference. :noes:

You need any? I think I have 3 or 4 of the 500+ count boxes I'd sell. Probably cost more than they're worth to ship since those little boxes are so damn heavy.

They are the only thing my AR with CMMG conversion doesn't like. My 10/22 will shoot them, but I don't like the gold flakes that they leave all over the place (mags, fingers, chamber, etc...). I haven't even tried them in my 22/45.

I honestly don't shoot it that much. You should try them, you never know.
