Never used an Sonus polishes but I hear they are pretty decent. Autogeek has a similar package with Optimum Polishes if you prefer them.

    is this what you mean??

    http://www.autogeek.net/pitwpocaspof.html

how long would those pads last me?? (i'm only going to use them on my personal cars)

also, i'd probably have to buy some buffing pads as well? or is it recommended to buff by hand SINCE you can continuously use a clean side of the cloth....

Also has anyone ever seen white specs in black paint....

if i run my hand over them they seem smooth and don't seem like its paint chipping away...

    any ideas....

right now its cloudy but i'll try to take some pics in the sunlight and post them..

The Porter Cable was cool for a new car. I couldn't of purchased my Cyclo any sooner.

In general, you'll lose the pads before they are used through.

Here is the Optimum kit in case you are interested in it:

Pads for personal use should last you a couple of years. White specks in black paint is usually paint overspray of some sort. Usually clay will remove them.

Yes, the PC will remove light to moderate defects and swirls and is pretty much goof proof.
