Today was a Back/Bi day, I had 2 excersizes done, todays lift started out awesome! I have never done Deadlifts before and I have been reading about them off F&N so much so i decided to try them. I have always been a little scared of trying them out just because I was afraid my form would be shitty and I would hurt myself... Well i loaded a 35 on each side just to get a feel for things, Things felt good after the first set so I loaded on the 45's. I did 2 sets and I think I was maybe using my back a bit to much. Anyway after the 2nd set I started feeling a dull pain which felt like it was underneath my right shoulder blade (like towards the bottom of the shoulder blade). And I was thinking to myself I probably shouldnt try this last set, cause the pain was bugging me. But I said fuck it, and bent my knees for the bar, gripped it, and as I started to do the DL I felt a hard POP right in bottom of the shoulder blade... OUCH! After that I couldnt even bend down the pain hurt so bad. So here I am now typing this and I can barely lift my arms things have been so great lately too, I just started my one month bulk and I dont wanna stop I'm guessing I pulled a muscle in my back pretty severly..
