I joined the powerlifting club at my school and they started everyone on the west side program. I have done it now for about 2 weeks. It takes awhile to get used to but I am told it works. There are a few people that seem to really know what they are talking about and understand alot about working out and physiology. I really don't have a point to this post maybe add your thoughts or things I should try and do or focus on. This is what I know about it so far, dynamic and max effort days, switch I guess the main exercise every 3 weeks like bench for 3 weeks then do board presses for 3 weeks. The workout today was dynamic upper so we did bench 8x3 with 45-60 RBS, Floor press 3X6 2 min RMS, pull ups 3X12 2 min RMS. Military press 3X12 and then abs. Any thoughts?
