So far I have $205  25% on my way to a Rock River Arms Entry Tactical

I'm just selling random crap I have lying around the house. I should have a grand within the month from just selling nonsense I have around here

if you build it it'll save you a couple hundred

ive got a rra entry tactical. love it. bought it though. if i could go back knowing what i know now i would have built it (wouldnt have changed anything though, other than maybe put a quad rail on it)

From my reading RRA looks to be better built than Bushmaster

everyone is starting an AR fund. :squint:

In the next couple months I'll be looking into getting a lower to build upon, probably a RRA upper. I want some custom laser etching done to my lower though.

The lower is idiot proof there are pictures and videos. Buy an upper the way you want it then drop it on and press 2 pins.

    Build it yourself, sissyman :mamoru:

I helped a buddy put his together, it was a cool experience. He didn't have all the tools he really should have to do it properly so it was a little harder than it should have been, but still an excellent learning experience. Plus it gets you a lot more familiarized with your weapon :dunno: Win-Win, amirite?

Funny story about 9mm AR's... I was about 19-20 at the time when I went to walmart to buy some 9mm ammo. Generally every time they would ask "Rifle or handgun" to which I'd reply rifle because I wasn't 21 yet :o

But this one time I got the Marine "Ex-Weapons specialist" who asked me what kind of rifle... first thing to come to my head was the AR. So I said "it's a 9mm AR-15" to which he replied "bullshit, I'm a ex-marine weapon specialist and there is no such thing!". I tried to explain to him but typical jarhead took over and he got pretty mad pretty fast :hsugh:

So I went some where else and bought the ammo :o

You can control quality and learn about your AR-15 if you build the lower yourself. For example you can get a mega lower and RRA lower parts if you want.

The links posted above are more useful than I would be :o

Just make sure to take your time and use tape on the end of the pliers you use. My buddy didn't and he scratched the side of his receiver up pretty good.

That way you can also go piece by piece, which will help subdue that gun buying itch for the time being :bigthumb:
