I just got off a week break and i went to work and started messing with some weigh with a friend and felt so weak.
I took off last week from running and I've already had two panic attacks.
I've found that a nice week off here or there can help... come back refreshed and ready to go and move up nicely.
It's when you take 2-3-10 weeks off that you return to find a lot of missing strength!!

I think i'm weak because of the holloween diet i've been on
anafit/af store/anabolic fitness - whatever you want to call us
I've been off for 5 days and I want to stab a puppy
I haven't lifted in 20 years...
Yup. So far this week I have keep the weight amounts the same as before the week off and I struggled a little bit
hopefully by next week i'll be back on par and can move forward again
took 1.5 weeks for midterms and shit... started back yesterday and I think I can move up in weight tmr... breaks are good sometimes
I skipped lifting for 3 weeks from school and work.
