    you'll probably move more weight after a week of training and you'll start growing again. breaks > no breaks

    I just got off a week break and i went to work and started messing with some weigh with a friend and felt so weak. :wtc:

    I took off last week from running and I've already had two panic attacks. :o

    I've found that a nice week off here or there can help... come back refreshed and ready to go and move up nicely.

    It's when you take 2-3-10 weeks off that you return to find a lot of missing strength!!

    Yup. So far this week I have keep the weight amounts the same as before the week off and I struggled a little bit :wtc:

    hopefully by next week i'll be back on par and can move forward again :x:

    took 1.5 weeks for midterms and shit... started back yesterday and I think I can move up in weight tmr... breaks are good sometimes
