I was sighting in my scoped .22 (fail - the mount was about 1mm off and I could not correct the windage enough until I got home and hit it with a mallet ) and remembered I threw a box in my ammo case. I loaded them up and was shooting at a target 25 yards away. When the first one went off I literally could not hear it I could, however, see the round in flight. That was wierd They are SO damn quiet. The mechanical noise of the bolt working is louder than the round going off. I think my Crosman air gun was louder. At 25 yards they were just about POA (although I was not seriously trying as by that time I had given up on adjusting the scope). Worth a try if you have a bolt action rimfire and want to shoot in the backyard or if you have some birds or squirrels to get rid of around the house.
