A&P so i setup a new studio at my warehouse

    one charcoal backdrop, some pvc pipe holder and couple softboxes

    this one was with one strobe, sunpak at 1/2 power

    camera on f/10

    not bad, I'd like to see it a little lighter.

    its a bit ghetto, but all i do here is mainly jewelry photography on the table

    :cool: What kind of backdrop did you buy to fit on the PVC pipe? And what size pipe did you use??

    the backdrop is about 4.5 ft across, charcoal color. pipe is 3/4 inch, but i suggest bigger since my setup is flimsy

    other than the obvious PVC construction, what did you buy for a background?

    (completely obvious link to something i can buy for cheap is appreciated)

    yea, just normal backdrop paper that nword has linked.

    Jhegro, it was a sunpak 433 flash, and the softbox was made by britek.

    omaha has dick for any photo joints that the employees don't think they're better than one another & especially better than the person that walks in the door.

    i was done with the local joints before i had my first 3mp camera years and years ago.

    It's the same way here, but it doesn't mean I won't go in there to buy a $30 roll of paper to save myself having to wait for shipping or paying the shipping costs bh wants for the big rolls.
