    this comes up:

    Barbell Deadlift

    Exercise Data
    Main Muscle Worked: Quadriceps
    Other Muscles Worked: Hamstrings, Calves, Glutes
    Equipment: Barbell
    Mechanics Type: Compound

    They don't have it listed as working your erector spinae at all. wtf :ugh:

    I always thought main muscle worked was your erector unless your doing straight-legged in which case its your hamstrings
