...and I am paying for it today. My right arm is OK but for some reason my left arm is fucking killing me where my forearm and bicep meet. I almost can't extend it all the way. :ugh:

Popped 800mg of Ibuprofen just now and am about to take a hot shower.

I also worked out my abs, chest, back, and triceps yesterday and they are sore too but in a good burning way.

Take it easy next time you go and gradually increase volume/intensity.

IIRC Ceaze posted an article that said NSAIDs have a negligible effect on muscle growth.

I have tendonitis right now in the left shoulder and elbow.
    Sucks.
Need to stop throwing jabs for a couple weeks, and cut out all the climbing work I've been doing.

Yeah, might have over done it on the first time out. You need to take it easy the first few times. If you've done no muscles in that area before, then you need to allow them to get used to movin' extra weight around.

I used to have muscle twitches when I finished a particularly intents workout.

  18. I dunno if I got used to it being "normal" or what but I'm rarely sore after working out anymore. Except for legs day, that still kills. Like I'm tired/sore for a few hours after but then I don't feel too horrible.
