    And I was reading some of the reviews for it on 1fast400, and it seems like I only want to take like 1/2 servings instead of full servings... what do you guys think? I'm 120 5'7" and usin it to gain weight obviously, but I don't wanna overdo it :dunno:

    it's just a meal-replacement meant to provide calories. use however much you need to get as many calories as you want, whether it's a half serving, one serving, two servings, etc.

    at your weight, just start eating everything in sight and use the nlarge when you can't pound any more solid foods.

    howver, i have found it easier to do 1/2 servings more times in a day....

    ill have a half serving with breakfast, lunch and dinner.....


    sometimes 1 more befor ebed....

    so thats about 2 servings perday..

    i usually save the nlarge for postworkout b/c of all the malto

    i love that stuff!!

    i would split my servings between pre/post workout shakes. i'd also occasionaly take a half serving as part of breakfast.

    so good!! :yum:
